When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to ship. We ship using UPS Ground or USPS ground for all orders.
Ordering Via Purchase Order
Select the Purchase Order payment option at checkout and we will be in contact to confirm your order and account information.
P.O. Box Shipping Policy
We do not offer shipping to Post Office boxes.
Accepted Payment Methods
PayPal, Apple Pay and most major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Non-US Customers
For customers with shipping addresses outside the US & Canada, we require merch orders ship with your next order of instrumentation.
Returns & Refunds
Generally, returns are not accepted for Reotemp Merch Store purchases.
Products Damaged in Transit
If your product was damaged during shipping or delivery contact, do not accept the package. The shipping carrier will then return the product to REOTEMP and we will contact you. If you didn't notice the damage until after the package was delivered, contact REOTEMP for a return authorization.
Pricing & Promotions
While we do try to ensure the pricing on our website is up to date, all pricing is subject to change without notice. Contact REOTEMP with any questions. We reserve the right to deny the use of discount codes or disallow the use of discount codes in certain situations.
